Getting apc’s gapcmon to work under Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic koala)

Bug located Here Viable work around cd /usr/share/icons/gapcmon # change to directory where the icons are stored sudo cp * /usr/share/pixmaps/. # copy them to this location Now go into System/Preferences/Startup Applications and add /usr/bin/gapcmon logout/login – Viola — it works! Dumb-@$$ work around – but makes programme functional! Wayno
